Signature Boxing Class

Signature Boxing is a class 100% focused on getting you better at boxing.

This class is a cardiovascular workout with defensive drills, dutch drills, footwork techniques, abdominal exercises, and concentrating on bodyweight strength and toning the entire body. With this class, you’ll burn up to 1,100 calories in one session.

The 60-minute workout will consist of: 15-minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, eight three-minute rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and 15-minutes of core/stretch exercises. Get started with a workout that teaches you the ins and outs of boxing!
