Train Like a Pro Class

Training like a professional boxer is about structure, discipline, and a bit of versatility.

Train like a pro boxing class is a 60-minute workout based on reaction times in boxing. This class is taught by our very own Heavy-Weight Champion Lou Savarese. Learn the art of shadow boxing, head and footwork movements, bag work, pad work, and end with a great ab session.

The 60-minute workout will consist of 15-minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, eight 3- three-minute rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and 15-minutes of core/stretch exercises. Enjoy a hardcore workout that prepares you to train like a pro and jump into the world of fighting.
